OBS!

You get a booking voucher and a rentalcertificate per eMail or mail - the certificate have normally to be send by postal service. 30% of the rent is payable within 7 days after receipt of the rental certificate.

The balance has to be paid 30 days before the beginning of the rental period. If the rental agreement is made later than 30 days before the beginning of the rental period the full amount must be paid immediately on receipt of the rental certificate. All prices are excluding electricity and heating. These services will be charged separately.
